Coat Rack Redo

Couturier Mommy has this fantastic idea for sprucing up a kids coat rack.  Just drill a few holes and add pinwheels!  There unfortunately isn't a Hobby Lobby in Los Angeles, which is where the pinwheels were purchased, but I'm sure Michael's would carry something like this.
