When we came home, I looked into how hard it might be to infuse my own bourbon. Turns out it's actually quite easy! Basically, you fill a bottle of bourbon with your preferred infuser (apples, persimmons, etc.) and then let it sit for three days. Take a look at this great how-to guide if you're interested. Cheers!
